WhatsMySensitivity

Privacy

Short version: nothing you do in the app leaves your computer. There is no telemetry, no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising. There is no account and nothing to sign in to.

Last updated: 5 September 2026. This policy covers both the application and this website.

The application

Everything the app remembers is written to a single file on your own machine:

%APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\WhatsMySensitivity\profile.json

It contains:

DataWhy
Your measured sensitivity and the analysis behind itSo it survives closing the app
Your DPI, if you entered oneOnly used to display distances in centimetres
Your drill scores, with timestampsPersonal bests and progress over time
The sensitivity each run was played atScores are only comparable at the same sensitivity
Your display, graphics, accessibility and language settingsSo you are not asked again
Drills you imported from a share codeSo they are still there next launch
Controller turn rates you measuredThey cost a 360° spin inside the actual game to produce

No name, no email, no account and no identifier of any kind is created or collected. The file is plain JSON: you can read it, edit it and delete it yourself.

Deleting it

Delete profile.json, or use Settings → Erase all my data inside the app. That is all of it. The app starts fresh and treats a missing profile as a new player rather than as an error.

Steam

The app is distributed through Steam, and Steam collects its own data under Valve's privacy policy — ownership, playtime and so on. That is between you and Valve; we neither see it nor receive it.

Global leaderboards are built but not switched on. If they are ever enabled they will be opt-in, they will upload a score and nothing else, and this page will be updated before that happens.

This website

The site is static, hosted on Cloudflare Pages. There are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts of any kind. Cloudflare keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com when you open a page. That request carries your IP address and browser to Google. It is the one third party this site talks to.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone, of any age.
