Changelog
What changed, release by release.
Nothing has been released yet. The app is at version 0.1.0 and has not shipped to Steam, so there is no version history to show. This page exists so the first release has somewhere to go and the link works from the start.
What will be recorded here
Every release, with the date and the version, split into what is new and what is fixed. Two rules, because they are the ones that matter for a measuring instrument:
- Anything that changes a measured number gets said plainly. If a game's yaw constant is corrected, or the analysis changes how it fits a curve, your old result and your new one are not comparable — and you should hear that from this page rather than work it out from a graph that stepped.
- Benchmark changes are called out separately. The drill benchmarks that ship today are reasoned guesses, labelled as such. When they are recalibrated against real player scores, every rank shifts, and that is a bigger deal than a feature.
Before release
The work in progress is not itemised here. A pre-release changelog is a development diary, and a development diary written for an audience stops being honest. The method page is where the current state is described, including what is not settled.
Staying informed
There is no mailing list and no account, so there is nothing to sign up to. When there is a Steam page, it will be linked from the front page, and Steam will do the announcing. Questions in the meantime go to support@ivoladenius.com.
